Programs

Every season, the Chamber Music Society enjoys offering new experiences to our community. From kid-friendly family concerts to sophisticated evenings out, we provide a variety of programs and entertainment options to the St. Cloud community.

An Exceptional  Musical Experience – Right Here in Central Minnesota

Our formal concerts are as user-friendly as possible. Tickets are affordable, and season tickets can be used interchangeably for any of the season’s concerts. Free Family Concerts are scheduled on Saturday afternoons for the convenience of families with young children as well as older adults who prefer not to go out after dark.

Unique Events and Special Programs

We enjoy presenting our guest artists in Family Concerts and educational programs in local schools. In some cases, groups conduct masterclasses or workshops for students and adult amateur musicians. Pre-concert talks by ensemble members augment your concert experience, and our artists create an intimate rapport with the audience at each performance.

CMS collaborates with many area organizations and institutions to bring music to different segments of the population. Over the years, we have collaborated with other organizations, including the St. Cloud Symphony, St. Cloud Suzuki Studio, Amadeus Chamber Symphony, Central Minnesota Youth Orchestra, Wirth Center for the Performing Arts, Cantabile Girls’ Choir, and Paramount Center for the Arts.

We have brought our guest ensembles to:

  • St. Cloud School District
  • Sauk Rapids School District
  • Sartell School District
  • Foley School District
  • Monticello School District
  • Royalton School District
  • ROCORI School District
  • St. Cloud State University
  • College of St. Benedict & St. John’s University
  • Whitney Senior Center
  • St. Benedict Care Center
  • St. Cloud Veterans Health Center
  • Boys & Girls Club
  • St. Cloud Public Library

Each engagement features unique programs by these talented artists, contributing to the cultural life of our community.
